Forecast Coach ("we", "us", "our") is an AI-powered time-series forecasting MCP App. This privacy policy explains how data is handled when you use our public connector or private enterprise deployments.

Core Privacy Principle: Stateless Intelligence

Forecast Coach operates as a stateless forecasting layer:

No Spreadsheet Storage: When you upload an Excel or CSV file in ChatGPT, Claude, or Cursor, the extracted series is processed in memory during the tool execution and discarded immediately after returning the forecast.
No Data Lakes: We do not maintain historical repositories, data lakes, or databases storing your business figures.
No Model Training on Your Data: Your business numbers, proprietary sales data, and time series are never used to fine-tune or train public AI models.
Host Privacy: Your conversations and uploaded documents remain governed by your chosen AI client's privacy terms (OpenAI for ChatGPT, Anthropic for Claude, etc.).

Private Enterprise Deployments

For organizations with strict governance requirements, Forecast Coach can be deployed 100% within your private AWS VPC, Azure tenant, or on-premises network:

Data never leaves your network perimeter.
Native connectors communicate directly with internal databases (SAP, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Snowflake) behind your firewall.
All access is governed by your corporate Identity Provider (SAML/Okta/Azure AD).

Security & Encryption

All communications with our public endpoint utilize TLS 1.3 encryption in transit. Our infrastructure runs on secure, isolated execution environments with no persistent disk storage for request payloads.
