Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Forecast Coach ("Service"), an AI-powered forecasting service delivered as an MCP App. By connecting to or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Forecast Coach provides algorithmic time-series forecasting via the Model Context Protocol (MCP) for AI clients including ChatGPT, Claude Desktop, Cursor, and Gemini. The Service includes in-process foundation model inference and interactive chart widgets.

2. Permitted Use

You may use the Community Free Tier for personal or internal business forecasting within reasonable usage limits. You agree not to abuse, reverse-engineer, or subject the public endpoints to denial-of-service attempts.

3. Disclaimers & Forecast Uncertainty

Forecasts and projections provided by the Service are mathematical estimations based on historical data patterns and probabilistic foundation models. Forecasts are inherently uncertain and should be utilized as informational planning inputs rather than guaranteed future outcomes. Forecast Coach is not responsible for financial, operational, or commercial decisions made on the basis of model predictions.

4. Enterprise Deployments

Private deployments and enterprise service level agreements (SLAs) are governed by separate commercial agreements between Forecast Coach and your organization.
